Welcome to GroceryPrice. By downloading or using the GroceryPrice mobile application and this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GroceryPrice, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, install, or use the application.

2. Standard EULA and License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and standard EULA agreement. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Payments: All purchases (including monthly/yearly subscriptions and lifetime buy-out options) are processed securely through Apple App Store in-app purchases.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
Refunds: All transaction fees and refund requests are handled directly by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not process refunds directly.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

GroceryPrice provides grocery market trends and price comparisons using public data derived from USDA Agricultural Marketing Service sources. This data is for reference and informational purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data, and actual local store pricing may vary by location, packaging, brand, and date.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GroceryPrice and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, including but not limited to purchasing decisions or budgeting actions based on data shown in the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
